What we collect and why
Contact form
When you send us a message, you give us your full name, telephone, email and your message. Optionally: subject, date of visit and number of people.
We use them only to reply to you and to organise the visit, booking or event you ask about. The legal basis is your consent, which you give with the form’s tick box, and the steps needed before a booking.
Your message reaches us as an email at agroktimapapakia@gmail.com and is not stored on the website. To protect the form from automated messages, the website keeps an encoded number of your connection for one hour; your IP address cannot be derived from it.
Visitor statistics
With Google Analytics we measure how many people visit the website, which pages are read and where visitors come from, so that we can improve the content. Google Analytics uses cookies and information such as your region, device, browser and the pages you visited. We only see overall statistics. Google map
The home page and the Contact page include a Google map to help you find your way. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and technical details of your browser, as with any Google service.
Weather forecast
The forecast for Karytaina on the Contact page comes from the Norwegian Meteorological Institute (MET Norway) via our server. Your browser communicates only with our website.
Website security
The website’s server and security system record technical details of each visit (IP address, time, page, browser) to detect and stop attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.
Who else has access
